Fennel

Description:
Originating in Europe, Fennel is a stout, erect, much-branched, hairless perennial herb up to 2m high with a strong taproot. Finely divided, lacy, thread-like leaves with a strong smell of aniseed.

Compound umbels at branch ends, yellow petals rolling inwards.
